I can't believe it's been so long... I have not posted here since before Christmas!
Well, a lot has been happening. With the snow and Christmas, we had a lot of family time together, so I didn't spend a whole lot of time doing much of anything on the computer. Checking in on occasion.
I will get on here in the next couple of days and do some "catching up". Max has gotten so big, walking and talking and moving around. There's all kinds of new stuff.
More teeth, more eating and way more talking... jumping and bouncing and all that fun stuff.

- My life has changed drastically since having my son in the fall of 2007. It's pretty much all about him... Although, I'm starting to feel like I have a little more of my own identity back and I can do things like workout, run and write a blog or two or three. I'm also a Certified Exercise Physiologist, so from time to time I work on health and fitness related sites too, or my P2 Conditioning blog. My company, P2 Conditioning runs a water class for people who have had hip or knee replacements. I also manage corporate fitness sites, do personal training, rehabilitation, athletic training and workshop development. So, I'm often teaching or working on new programs.
